What's included in your coaching programs?

Each plan varies, but coaching typically includes customized training programs, macro-based nutrition guidance, mindset coaching, and accountability through an app.

Do I need access to a gym?

Nope! I offer both gym & home workout versions. Just let me know your preference when signing up.

Is this just for women?

Nope! Anyone ready to break through barriers and commit to growth is welcome.

What if I've never lifted weights or followed a nutrition plan before?

Perfect- you're in the right place! My programs are designed to educate, empower, and support beginners as well as experienced lifters. 

How are plans & coaching delivered?

Blueprint Plans & Ongoing 1:1 Coaching are delivered through an app. You'll get your personalized workouts (with demo videos), macro-based nutrition goals/tracker, progress logging, and direct messaging- all in one place. 

Is there a contract or commitment required?

Some coaching packages include a minimum commitment for best results, while others are flexible or one-time purchases. All details will be shared upfront. 

What's the difference between online coaching and in-person training?

Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train on your schedule, from anywhere with a structured plan & guidance- without need to meet in a gym. You'll still get support accountability, and personalized feedback, just delivered virtually through an app, check-ins, and messaging. Think of it as personal training- but more accessible, affordable, and built around your lifestyle.
